Had a great day out with our pontoon boat. Staff was friendly. Loved our time at shell island!

Had a great time on their boat. Boat was clean and in pretty good condition. Justin, our guide, was top notch. Really nice and on top of things. I definitely recommend using them over some of the other rental places we have used. Thanks FunPCB!
We had to rent our chairs as others were able to just use the chairs at no cost . I ask a couple how much did they pay to rent the chairs and they said they did not pay and no attendant was there to collect any payment of any kind when they arrived 15 minutes after we did! I feel like we were being discriminated against and definitely felt cheated!
UNBELIEVABLE!!!! We rented a boat all day for two families and showed up early in the morning to find that they didn't have a boat!!!!!!!!! WHY DID WE DO THE PAPERWORK? WHY DID WE SHOW UP EARLY? UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE!!!! THERE'S A BOAT ON THE DOCK AND SIX IN THE WATER, BUT NO BOAT AVAILABLE!!!!! I definitely recommend this place if you want your day ruined and everyone to be disappointed. We got a refund, but it won't be back in our account for 5 to 7 days. Sucky business practices for sure!!!!!!!!
