First time here and got the Honey and Milk Pedicure. Andy was extremely thorough with their service especially my gel removal and application. Gentle with the drill and fixed a broken nail I hadn't noticed. Maybe the most care put into a pedi I have seen in a salon. This location is a little inconvenient for me but I would 100% come back if I were in the area!
Daisy did a wonderful job! I got a full set of mountain peak shaped nails that I had painted black. It's wonderful and evenly done. Very clean and nice salon
Got my gel removed here and instead of letting it soak 10-15 minutes in the acetone and then scraping it off, they let it soak for 3 minutes and then ground the gel off with the electric grinder It just sucked because I told the nail tech how I’ve been trying to grow my natural nails out (aka why I got builder gel) and now a couple of my nails were ground down so thin they broke off within minutes of leaving the salon. Unfortunately would not go back and would not recommend. Both myself and my two friends had an unpleasant experience. My friend asked for a new sheer pink nail polish that was displayed on a sign, and another nail tech recommended she get white dip to make the color show better! When she noticed they were not putting the pink polish overtop, she asked if they were still doing that. They were gaslighting her that it's impossible to achieve that pink with a white base and they'd have to start all over again and kept trying to ... read more
Unfortunately I will not be going back here. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and while the tech was kind enough to do both at the massage chair, the application itself was very clumsy and shows too many problems. Each coat was far too thick for both gel and regular polish and my nails have ended up lumpy and uneven. The pedicure was done first and I waited an hour for the polish to dry while they were doing the manicure, yet putting shoes on immediately wiped the polish off because of how thick it was.
