I called to schedule a spongebob moonjump a month before my sons bday party & sure enough, my biggest fear, on that day i called to confirm & there was NO existing ORDER!!! Last minute i had to order a plain moonjump, which my son was devastated about. Also, my husband had to go meet the delivery guy because he was really bad with directions... so they got there almost two hours after the party started. The moonjump WAS SUPER DIRTY on the inside! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!First I called and they have an additional delivery fee :( Then I was going to cancel and they said they will keep \$35 deposit fee which they failed to mention. I said I would call back, I was going to cancel a day before party and they said, they do not refund the money I can only reschedule. So basically I LOST!!! None of this information is on the contract, nor did they mention. I give them ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!
