I have wanted to buy a funky sofa for literally a decade. Recently I finally got the perfect opportunity so I ordered some fabric samples. The order was canceled but I was never notified that it was canceled. I finally figured it out by accidentally downloading the Shop app which somehow knew about the order. Then I used the chat on their website to ask and got zero reply. Next I emailed them, and still got zero reply. I ordered a sofa on 8-18-18. They took total of $1244.00. As of today 11-15-2018, NO SOFA, NO ANSWER to any phone call. I have called everyday for 6 weeks! No one will call me back. Only an answering service. Today the answering service gave me Jacks cell phone number. Of course the "mail" box is full. I am demanding a refund of my $1244.00.
Horrible experience. Took three weeks to finally reach somebody for an appointment to see the showroom. We set a time, the address given is not actually the business address. Owner does not reply to text or phone calls. Based on this, I highly suspect this is a scam operation. Don't waste your time or money
THE WORST... ABSOLUTE WORST. Unless you like stress, hassle, losing your money and time... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Terrible. I have never had an experience this bad at any point in my life. SCAM ARTIST OWNER WILL LIE TO YOU OVER AND OVER AN OVER AGAIN AND THEN IGNORE YOU. Never received product ($1,500 spent) Never receive follow up. Call Funky Sofa... they do not answer, only an answering service and then nobody EVER returns calls. I am now forced to examine all efforts for recourse... my time is worth more than my loss that they stole from me... but based on principal alone at this point... they should not be allowed to scam like this.... read more
