Amazing customer service. We had multiple deliveries from the store on different days and they called each morning to confirm delivery time. They were even willing to change delivery location if we would not be home. The arrangements were stunning and have lasted well over a week and still look beautiful. Highly recommend!

It takes alot for me to leave a bad review to an independently owned small business. The Owner’s response says alot. Denying someone’s experience and then blaming them is probably not a winning way of dealing with feedback. This has happened before (look through the past reviews). Thank you for clarifying that certain customers are your priority and not others.
After getting a recommendation, we went with Funky Petals for our wedding florals. Flowers were a very important part of the design aesthetic so it was critical to have the right partner. As you never really know how the vision will turn out until the day of the wedding I had some anxiety. WOW WOW WOW! We were all blown away by the extraordinary florals. It was 1:30 today and saw that they were only open until 4 PM and wanted a custom arrangement delivered. Called in and they assured me they could make it happen. Plugged the order in online and although same-day was no longer an option - I proceeded. And 45 minutes later - presto! Delivered! That's the kind of service that is hard to beat.....
