A fabulous experience by every measure! I was contacted to confirm contact info for the recipient as I had made an error when ordering. Again, when pickup vs. delivery was requested. Very pleasant & collaborative. The arrangement created was stunning!
I have been ordering from Funky Petals throughout Edmonton and area locations! Initiating with the Sherwood Park location. Never have they failed to impress! Their arrangements are superior to most. And the exotic flowers snd flare are spectacular!
Amazing customer service. We had multiple deliveries from the store on different days and they called each morning to confirm delivery time. They were even willing to change delivery location if we would not be home. The arrangements were stunning and have lasted well over a week and still look beautiful. Highly recommend!

It takes alot for me to leave a bad review to an independently owned small business. The Owner’s response says alot. Denying someone’s experience and then blaming them is probably not a winning way of dealing with feedback. This has happened before (look through the past reviews). Thank you for clarifying that certain customers are your priority and not others.
