September 20, 2013 Friday night at 7:00 pm went to the Funky Monkey Wine Company on Mills for Magic dining, What a total disappointment Years ago this place was great but now I’ll be surprised if they’re still in business a year from now. Awesome Food & Wine – I just had lunch with my fiance at the restuarant & we had a great experience. Thanks to Jennifer for being our waitress & leting us taste the wine before deciding. We had a bottle of wine & 1 suchi roll & 2 appatizers. Everything tastes great (& we weren't charged for the ice water) ! We will dine there again when in Orlando.
Flatbread and Buffalo... Yum! – I was in town for a meeting and was told by the concierge to try a new restaurant on the famed International Drive called Funky Monkey. Slow, unprofessional, and RUDE! I met 4 other girlfriends here for dinner after work on a Thursday night. When I arrived, the only other patrons were a family of 3 seated at a table and a group of about 7 adults standing near the bar. My group sat for at least 20 minutes before a server approached to even ask for our drink order.
