Great classes, I’ve been going for 4 months and I’m in the best shape of my life. I am a chiropractor and I love they way the teach, show, and correct you one on one with their various classes they offer!!
Awesome gym overall! The facility and equipment is always organized and clean. There’s a great selection of equipment to use. It’s never too crowded. But when there is a good amount of people everyone is kind and respectful. If you want a private gym, you have to check this place out!! The owner is also very helpful and the membership rates are great.
