Loooooove this gym! Genuinely thought I had lost my spark in the gym but realised I needed to switch sports and I’m so glad I did! At first I was scared to be a beginner but everyone is so welcoming and eager to help eachother - just in 3/4 months I’ve progressed so much and that’s all down to the amazing coaches and members. If you’re thinking about trying it out, I would say absolutely do it!!
Apex Functional Fitness is a 10/10 gym! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. The community is incredibly supportive, making you feel included and motivated, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete. The coaches genuinely care about your progress, and the atmosphere is welcoming, which makes it an outstanding place to train.
I reached out to Apex as I wanted to broaden my training programme. I have always been into running, however weight training is something that has always filled me with dread. I have only been at Apex a few months, but these have been the best few months I’ve had with any gym. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive regardless of your fitness abilities. Apex isn’t just a gym, it is a family
