Bought our first car here after our previous used car broke down entirely; start to.finish it was pain free to apply, test drive, and get a temp registration on it so we could register it in ontario, when we got home. What was a stressful time was made easier thanks to Ray and Kelly
I bought a Toyota BZ4X from Rocoto Toyota and Toyota is the worst manufacturer!!
Brought my Rav4 in for an oil change (Booked ahead of time), and was told it would be 45mins-1 hour (max). It took 3 hours! The staff member at the service desk was very kind, and apologetic. During my waiting I witnessed, what appeared to be, a manager openly, publicly berate a staff member. But for the kind, professional service I received at the service desk, it would be 1 star.
Reception is always very friendly and knowledgeable
