I used to work her back in 2010 I was wondering on a customer vehicle when I was burned 2nd and 3rd degree from the engine coolant. I thought that my boss and owner would have had is insurance paid up to date. Wrong he did not . I was left with a 450.00 thousands dollar hospital bill. So you should think twice before you have any work done her. Because art funk only care about him not you or his. Employees. It is required by the state of California that all companies have to have insurance. So you should think twice before y... read more

Customer For Life – I have been bringing my cars to Funk's European Auto Repair, now Funk's Auto Works for over 25 years. I've owned only two cars in my lifetime, a BMW and then a Volvo. I bought my BMW 320iS new and drove it for 16 years putting over 300,000 miles on it. Then I bought a new Volvo S70 T5 which I still have after 14 years with nearly 400,000 miles and still going strong. I attribute my great success with both cars and their tremendous longevity largely to Funk's Auto Works. Arthur Funk is extremely knowledgea... read more

Honest, capable and easy to deal with – Art Funk is a pleasure to deal with and has looked after several cars for me over the past 5 or so years. He has serviced both European and Japanese cars without a problem. Art has a straightforward manner, he tells you what needs to be done and charges a fair price for it. I have recommended Art to friends and colleagues unreservedly. Other businesses could learn from how Art treats his customers.

Fast, efficient service. – Took care of many problems I had the same day. Reasonable pricing, and easy to work with. Some things can be more expensive than other places (ex/ oil changes), but the work is very good and you can feel safe. Theie website is great too, it provides reminders to you for service, and recommendations. All your service history can be seen as well. Highly recommended. I would say take your car in for a smaller job if you are skeptical, just to get comfortable. If it works for you, then keep going back,... read more
