I walked in, nearly in tears, after my hair was left ruined by the opposition across the road. The beautiful Bronte did a great job fixing my haircut and refused to allow me to pay her for her time. Bronte, you saved my hair and my dignity and I thank you so very much 🥹 I'll be back to pay you for my next hair cut!!
Booked for daughter to get hair bleached and dyed purple. Charged $350, looked fabulous for 1 week until the first wash. Hair was only partially bleached to a bronze tone and dyed over top… the purple colour completely faded to the underlying bronze within 10 days. Salon ignored all messages seeking support and we had to have the colour corrected by another salon who were horrified at the technique used.
The staff were so friendly and easy to chat with, and my hair turned out amazing. Really happy with it and will definitely be back
Booked online and received a booking confirmation email. So I drove from Wollongong for the appointment. When I arrived just now I was greeted by a woman (who was lovely) but was shocked at my arrival. She said the stylist was not here and “never blocks herself out of the system”. Implying that this happens all of the time. Not saying this is her fault but it was a huge waste of my time which I do not have. Really disappointed by this service (or lack there of)
Thank you so much to the beautiful, kind, friendly and talented Brontë. I was neglecting self care because I lost a lot of volume due yo a health condition. But I walked out feeling like a new woman Thankyou ladies for fitting me in and making me feel like a million bucks
