Being the Pilates princess I am, I drive 45 minutes a couple of times of week literally just to go here because it’s the best gym / studio around. The teachers are all amazing with their own styles, the classes are addictively fun and the crèche / child minding allows me an hour of peace + the girls who run it are gems. I walk out of every class on cloud nine.

I have been coming to Funk for over 5yrs. I love the variety of classes and all of the instructors are so supportive and encouraging. You can tell they are very passionate about what they do and want to see you get the most out of your time there. My favourite classes at the moment are Strength with Mitch and Pilates with Amy. Both Mitch and Amy explain every exercise to you in detail and make sure you are doing it correctly at all times ensuring you are getting max benefit as well as preventing injury. Love the Funk classes, especially Strength and Fushion Pilates! All the Funk instructors are fabulous and know their stuff…but also have a sense of fun! The gym area is one of the few I’ve ever experienced where you feel 100% comfortable in the space, 100% of the time. Lovely bathroom area for a quick costume change after work. 10/10 across all aspects of Funk!
