Buyer Beware! New home. Water runs in basement around the clock. Sump pump runs every minute all day every day. Lots of mold growing. Already replaced one sump pump. The noise is deafening since there isn't any insulation in the floor. Be sure to look carefully for mold and other issues when you consider buying from this builder.
