4 friends and myself had a trip to the Dominican Republic planned by a representative of Funjet. What a mess. We were celebrating our 80th year. One in our group needed a wheelchair to navigate the airport. When we got to the hotel we found our rooms were on the second floor and the Hotel had NO ELEVATOR. Our representative also messed up our room configuration and the hotel was never able to straighten out the mess. Good customer service , not sure why people not happy , I only wait less then 5 minutes before they answer the phone , and lady was nice and answer all my questions , defiantly give them 5 STAR !!!
Went to Cancun some years ago u.s state department issued a hurricane evacuation order for us citizens been there for 3 days on a 7 day trip and funjet wouldn’t make it right very rude to us on the phone never again
Booked a vacation once we got there no A/C in the resort for 5 of the 7 days called our travel agent and they offered us 450 dollars? I booked a 5 star resort and got a 2 star if I could give them zero stars I would horrible just horrible
We booked a trip with funjet as a family of 7 with 5 minor children. We were very clear that we would not go to a resort that would not guarantee us adjoining rooms. In fact the resort we ended up with was a second choice after our first choice could not deliver a guarantee. Funjet promised us in writing we would have this and we proceeded to book based on this information.
