Worst experience ever. They are deceptive in their practices. Their prices are significantly higher than other travel sites or booking through the resorts directly. Book resort and flights months apart then it was put as a package without my knowledge or consent. Tried to cancel just the room and I was told I cannot have to cancel everything.
