This place is the absolute worst place ever they sold us a policy, but failed to mention if my loved one passes away within the first two years of the insurance policy that we would be refunded the money and have to pay for everything in full then they failed to let us know that it’s gonna take up to four weeks to get our money back so now that my dad has passed away and I have money tied up in this policy. Frustratingly poor experience. Took hours to pre arrange a simple cremation and staff wasn't knowledgeable or trained on the it systems. After death I arranged a meeting at their preferred time and they left me waiting over an hour. Apparently the pre paid contract hadn't gone through but they cashed the check electronically. Now paying again and have to fight to not pay twice. I've had much better service from other funeral homes.
