I normally don't like leaving reviews. This funeral home deserves my five stars. I highly applaud them "Job Well Done!" I had a horrific experience trying to get my beloved son body shipped back to the United States! T.S. Warden funeral home staff---Mr. Warden, Ms. Brittany, Ms. Quan and the other staff members were AWESOME. While everyone I spoke with was kind, everything just seemed to take a really long time to get done. The funeral home in VA made arrangements with TS Warden for our dad to be shipped from FL. TS Warden was supposed to send us a picture to identify his body, which we had to end up going to the ME’s office in FL to do because we never received anything from TS Warden. It took him about 2-3 weeks to come to VA, by the time we had his funeral, his ears and hands had started turning black and shriveling up. Then came the time to ... read more
