I trusted in Funeral Prints at the worst time of our lives. When you lose a loved one, the last thing you want to worry about are all the small details of the services. We all really wanted a big portrait of our mom at the front door of the funeral home. I googled portraits for funeral, and Funeral Prints came up. The process to create the large portrait was so extremely easy. I am not one to write public reviews often. This might be my third ever. However, I was so impressed with the people and services at Funeral Prints that I decided to share my feedback to help someone needing their services. My brother-in-law passed away unexpectedly at age 44. I couldn't sit back and not attempt something special to make his celebration of life event memorable for the family, so I designed the invitation myself using a graphics design program. I ordered a poster for my brothers funeral with plenty of time to arrive (according to their website and shipping fees). That was almost a week ago. Still no poster, funeral has already taken place. They will not give me a refund until the poster arrives, which I’ll then need to send back to receive a refund. It's not like I ordered a pair of shoes! This company is incredible. On Thursday I ordered 200 memorial cards for service THAT Saturday which was so stressful. On Thursday afternoon, I made a gorgeous memorial card for my mom from one of the beautiful templates they had available. I had trouble editing the card and called the office - the phone connected immediately to a staff member who understood my question and said the edit would be made by their team of artists within 10 minutes and a new sample would be sent to my email.
