I placed an order for an arrangement for Mother’s Day and let’s just say I’m a little disappointed. This cost $85. In comparison to the photo on the webpage to what I received is an utter disappointment (and that is after they added actual blooming flowers to it). Outside of the roses none of the flowers were actually blooming and they are noticeably smaller in size than pictured. I ordered a gorgeous white sympathy bouquet of flowers delivered to my father's funeral. This what I got delivered. I am soooo upset and embarrassed that this happened. I called to get a refund. They 1st offered 15% discount. I said no...I want full refund. Then offered 30% discount! Ended up only giving me 50% off. This was there mistake and I should've been 100% refunded! Here's the flowers I ordered and the one I got! This was to represent my family's sorrow. Never again!
My fiancee had her flowers canceled day before our wedding by Kroger. Memorial took care of what she needed and made sure she got everything for our day. Six stars.
Couldn't believe how much I paid for a small bouquet. Almost $90 with delivery and the arrangement was minimal. At least the delivery was fast.
