They were so respectful and sensitive. Their vehicle left us with lights flashing driving away slowly. We were asked if we wanted extra time before they departed. We were asked about him and his life. At their facility they prepared a viewing for us with soft lights. This was prior to cremation. Filling out paperwork, everything, was done with the utmost respect, wisdom and knowledge. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Funeral Choices was so helpful and reassuring when we called. They came for our loved one within and hour and then Jim met with me and was understanding and efficient, making arrangements and getting Death Certificates in record time. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

My mother died in January 2024, and I used Funeral Choices for her cremation. I cannot say enough good about Benjamin Hinkle. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive to all my questions. I greatly appreciate the calm and caring service I received from Funeral Choices and highly recommend them to anyone needing these services.

We've used this company twice now, when two elderly parents passed away. The fact that we used them twice should tell you something right away. If I could give them six stars, I would. They are all very nice and very efficient. We worked with Thomas, and he was a wealth of information about all our options, including burial at sea for veterans, which is what we opted for. We had two deaths within 6 days and worked with both Tom and Chris for both services. They were incredible! They were kinds, patient, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Even though they did not have a lot of time to prepare, they made sure everything was ready for the service. We had an awesome experience with them! Made us feel like they were family and not running a business!
