We had bought previous vehicle with Fundy Honda with no issue. Went to to buy a 2023 CRV and salesman kept pushing extras into sale. Tire and rim package etc. We considered the extras but declined. Essentially the salesman would not finalise sale unless we added $2000 worth of extras. We tired repeatedly to buy the car but we're met with him refusing to sell the car without them included. Went to Toyota and purchased vehicle with no extras the next day. I'm sure management is pushing their sales team to sell these packages.
Shout out to our salesman Sean Tait in the purchase of our 2026 crv touring hybrid. The after purchase care and help,he goes above and beyond.
