I went for a tooth extraction, I was scheduled for an hour appointment, which was very important as I was relying on a public shuttle and I am in a significant amount of pain. The staff was slow and and apathetic. It took half a hour to get my x-rays and after another half hour of waiting in a dentist chair I had to leave because my shuttle arrived.
