Fundy crossfit is the best workout experience i have ever had. Before joining crossfit i was not getting the most out of my workouts. after joining crossfit i feel much stronger and more fit. The staff and members there are like a family so it is easy to make friends and the program is accommodating to what you want to get out of it. This gym is amazing and very friendly. I did 3 workouts over there and it was so much fun! I felt welcomed by the coaches and the members. I really recommend this gym! Thanks for everything .
