Buying equipment was easy. Once they have your money, there customer service becomes non existent. They cancel Your appointments and charge outrageous pick up and delivery fees claiming the property is too far. Yet when purchased they assured they would have no problem servicing the machines. This is terribly sad. I would have bought a new tractor every 3 years. I always get my equipment serviced at the dealership and I’m a loyal customer….well I was. Until you can improve your customer service and actually care about people... read more
