These guys have serviced a tractor and several snowblowers for me. Service is beyond expectations, even troubleshooting on the phone (for my stupid questions) and keeping the old equipment going....top notch skills

Buying equipment was easy. Once they have your money, there customer service becomes non existent. They cancel Your appointments and charge outrageous pick up and delivery fees claiming the property is too far. Yet when purchased they assured they would have no problem servicing the machines. This is terribly sad. I would have bought a new tractor every 3 years. I always get my equipment serviced at the dealership and I’m a loyal customer….well I was.
