We had an appointment for Thursday April 6 the for the afternoon. Noone Showed up no call , nothing. Not a very good way to do business.
6 month headache. After 2 or 3 months of being told by Deborah it's on order this past summer, i called Garex HQ only to find it was not. Deborah claimed it was a misunderstanding with Garex. Regional Garex rep saved the day and got a pair of doors from a dealer in Moncton area. Installation had to be done over two visits because they didn't have both of the LiftMaster door openers in stock - even after 3 month. Second visit (2 months later) was done without informing us of their arrival - and they installed the backup unloc... read more
Very happy with the installation of my new double car garage door. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. All old parts and door were removed. They even helped set up my opener which I installed. Would do it again, no questions asked!
