Do not use this guy. He is extremely unprofessional. He was handling my case that was going on for over 5 years and completely ghosted me. He has not returned my phone calls or emails in the last year and my case was never resolved. I do not recommend Casey or the company he is tied to.
I had a ladder accident at work a while ago and hurt my back bad. I had problems with my back before but it didn't matter in the end. I had his cell so I could call direct and I was happy with the money I got. Use casey, you won't be sorry.
He helped me with my injury when I had a scaffold accident. He's in the bronx, I could always reach him. Settlement took awhile but I was very happy in the end.
Casey was my lawyer a few years ago and he knows what he is doing. He returned my calls and was always straight up with me. I was happy with the amount I got in the end.
The best thing is that the guy cares about clients. I fired another guy who wouldn't ever call me back. I always knew what was going on with Casey. I was happy with the settlement.
