On time, flexible, through, and professional are all words that come to mind when thinking about my recent experience at Fundamentals Oshawa. The entire professional and support staff are truly customer focused, and provide a great atmosphere while providing truly complete and excellent service.
I visited for physiotherapy with Reno Fernley and was quite disappointed with the experience. I had booked a one-hour session specifically for cupping therapy based on the clinic’s recommendation. However, the session began approximately 15 minutes late, and despite this, I was told there was limited time remaining. The treatment itself did not meet expectations.
