All of the staff at Fundamentals is very welcoming and kind, and I’ve had an amazing experience with Cheryl and Ruta! Both of them listened to me and how I was feeling, were so reassuring during my recovery with a concussion, and genuinely were a huge part of my recovery and getting me back on track. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Had an amazing experience with Kyla and Olivia. I initially visited for sciatic pain, but unfortunately, I also had an ankle injury. Kyla was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and attentive throughout my treatment, making me feel comfortable and well cared for. Olivia also helped with taping my ankle, and honestly, I felt so much better afterward! I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and care. I highly recommend Kyla for physiotherapy.
