Tova is a highly experienced OT who is great with kids and communicates well with parents. Couldn't be happier!
I never got a chance to conduct business with Ms. Tova, but I did not appreciate her declining to help my son due to the location in which we stay. I also suggested another alternative to meet with Ms. Tova at more convenient location but still declined my services.
