Had to lower my five star review. The company has significant issues with their payments. Investors have been extremely patient but waiting 18+ months for the return of their investments given a payment outage. It's still not resolved. Update: Due to what was originally described as some technical issues in the beginning, the team started letting us know their business was having problems. The investments have stopped performing over the last year and they are slowly trying to foreclose and get people their money back. The investments we were in were supposed to be relatively risk free as they weren’t tied to one project and were to fund some upfront capital that is returned first (kind of like a mutual fund). They made the fatal mistake of using a bogus place to park their funds and took a hit. However, to their credit they are trying to repay investor's principal.
I'm running out of ways to contact them to get my money back. They stopped paying interest almost a year ago supposedly because of the Synapse outage, but now investors are seeing every single project go into foreclosure and PFNF series basically stop paying. I received $48 in interest in February across 25 investments. Absurd. This looks more like a ponzi scheme as time goes by. Matt Rodak, Augie Zidek, Donovan Adesoro - what did you do with investors' money?
