I cannot recommend this place enough!!! I tore both my calf muscles last year while training for a marathon. Lots of doctor appointments, PT, tests, the list goes on. You name it, I tried it. I kept trying to get back out there with my running but I kept having setback after setback and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with it. I tore my plantar plate and started seeing John 4 weeks ago. I know I have a long road to recovery, but I already feel physically and mentally better. John is very patient and doesn’t put too much on me. Happy this place was recommended to me :)
