Functionize is such a warm and welcoming physical therapy practice! I have been seeing John for TMJ issues and pain. He is incredibly kind, patient, and supportive and has put together a program for me that has helped greatly with pain relief! Scheduling has always been super easy and flexible, too! Functionize has been a 10/10 experience -- highly recommend!
Functionize and Lauren have been instrumental in keeping me injury free throughout my marathon training! I originally reached out to Functionize because I was feeling hip pain from the running. They listened closely to me to understand my aches and pains, analyzed my running form, and took an active interest in my marathon running program. I visit Lauren at Functionize almost every week to get physical therapy for my tight neck muscles and low back pain due to poor posture. Over the years consistent strength training and pilates have helped minimize the pain but I still go regularly to help me maintain an optimal physical condition. Lauren also treated a sprained ankle, a sore wrist and tight muscles from limping around in a walking cast. She also gives me exercises to do at home to speed my recovery. I drive 40 minutes to see her and it is worth the effort.
After multiple shoulder surgeries, I honestly didn’t think I’d ever get my full range of motion back in my shoulder. Thanks to Functionize, I’m stronger than I’ve been in years. Lauren was my PT and she’s amazing, super detail-oriented and encouraging. Honestly, every therapist I there knows their stuff and genuinely cares. Couldn’t recommend them more!
A great, locally owned practice with a fantastic team. John was great and helped put together an excellent plan to address the issues I was experiencing with my achilles. Highly recommended that you check them out!
