I love Functional Performance by Oakden! Casey and all of the trainers really know how to get the best out of you. The classes are fun and intense. The gym is spotless. Don't be afraid to check this place out. You won't regret it!!!

Casey is a dedicated trainer and is committed to educating his clients on how to work out the correct way. He offers a lot of motivation on not to give up. His gym is high energy and leaves you feeling great about yourself and what you have accomplished .

I’ve been going to Functional Performance for 3 years & always look forward to the workouts. I never get bored ,Casey changes it up all the time. You can work out in a class of up to 15 or a private or semi private(up to 4) . You will not regret checking out this gym
