I had high hopes and was exited to find an FP location especially so local but it was a complete letdown and a total waste of time. I trained at this facility for roughly 2 years. I really enjoyed training here and learning about functional patterns. Location is clean and Russ is extremely knowledgeable. I got in great shape and was able to work towards correcting chronic knee/back pain. Admittedly Russ isn't the best FP trainer I've trained with as I've been forced to move on to greener pastures but he does a fine job and is very passionate and engaged with your fitness journey.
