This is THE place for your little athletes to learn the right ways to play any sport! Coach Alex and his team are absolutely amazing! My son always wants to go and looks forward to it. I have seen so much improvement in every aspect! He runs better, his posture is better, and I think it shows when he plays lacrosse and football! I would recommend anyone to go there! Also great for adults who are in pain or are looking for a great way to workout!
Alex and Rosie are the best. I have my son in a children group with his friends from school and football team. They absolutely love getting together to not only getting agile and strong but have a great role model to look up to. Thank you Alex for your great leadership as a coach, mentor, and role model for the kids and community!
From my experience, I can confidently say that Coach Alex’s dedication, passion, and love for what he does are unmatched. Two years ago, my 11-year-old son had knee surgery, and Alex was with him every step of the way. His genuine commitment to helping my son heal and stay pain-free has been priceless.
