Had my son join to help with football and build strength and Alex did that for him. My son learned a lot and gained muscle. My son looked forward to going and enjoyed it.
Writing this review caused some serious writers block, and not because i didnt know what to say, but because there are too many good things to say about Functional Patterns NJ! This place has legitimately changed my life. Being a full time barber and outdoorsman in my 30’s does nothing but beat up my body. This is THE place for your little athletes to learn the right ways to play any sport! Coach Alex and his team are absolutely amazing! My son always wants to go and looks forward to it. I have seen so much improvement in every aspect! He runs better, his posture is better, and I think it shows when he plays lacrosse and football! I would recommend anyone to go there! Also great for adults who are in pain or are looking for a great way to workout!
Alex and Rosie are the best. I have my son in a children group with his friends from school and football team. They absolutely love getting together to not only getting agile and strong but have a great role model to look up to. Thank you Alex for your great leadership as a coach, mentor, and role model for the kids and community!
