Meeting with Dr. Koz was my first foray into telehealth/telemedicine and let me tell you I couldn't have had a better experience from the safety of my own home. The Dr. was responsive, informative, and compassionate. He not only helped me physically, but he put my mind at ease as well. His office assistant may be the nicest woman in the world and I couldn't recommend the practice enough. I trust that my family & I will be lifelong clients, thank you Dr. Koz!
Dr. Koz and Jasmine have been great to work with. After chasing answers for health problems for several years, I feel like I finally have answers (based on in-depth testing) and a plan to not just treat my symptoms, but to completely heal. I was having various health issues for a while before I saw Dr. Kozlowski. I saw my regular PCP with no relief. She did some various blood tests and other tests, but said everything looked good and suggested I take a high dose anti-depressent for my extreme fatigue, loss of appetite, bloating, hair loss, dizziness, etc. I declined and decided to do some further research.
