So happy to have found Dr. Kozlowski who goes beyond traditional medical care to optimize health and dig deep to identify and remedy difficult to diagnose issues.
My husband saw Dr. Kozlowski for a variety of health problems including hypertension, diabetes and kidney disease. My husband's a1c dropped from a concerning level of 11.1 to a healthy 6.8 level in about 4 months time which is remarkable. Dr. Kozlowski's advice and healing methods have advanced my husband's health to the surprise of his regular doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Kozlowski if you are on a path of healing. After years of GI doctor visits, scopes and no help for my issues, Dr. Kozlowski was able to educate, diagnose and in the end prescribe a medication that has all but cured my issues. I am very grateful for the treatment and all the help!
