I had a good first experience with them when I booked the appointment with the provider, Nicole, ARNP. They booked me 2 months out and I was excited to be seen to address my concern on 5/19/26. They called me today to inform me that the specialty provider I was waiting to see is no longer seeing patients at this time. I have been seeing Nikole Tabaracci for over a year and Karin Michalk for the last few months. They are both absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them.
Save yourself the time and energy and just go somewhere else. I called and attempted to set up an appointment and was referred to set everything up online. My first interaction was rather poor, I didn't get a warm welcome nor was any kind of confidence instilled they would be in the future, more of a snotty/stop bothering me attitude. This review is for Nutritionist Karin Michalk. I met Karin about 7 months ago, at another location, and followed her to Functional Medicine of North Idaho. Karin is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day and her knowledge and insight is IMPRESSIVE. 2 years ago I was hospitalized with kidney stones, ecoli and Sepsis. Kootenai hospital treated me with a very powerful antibiotic.
