I suffered a shoulder injury last November. I previously did some massage therapy and physical therapy. I was Continuing to have pain, especially at night, trying to sleep. I contacted Functional Massage Therapy and made an appointment for a deep tissue massage.Lauren knows her stuff. I had the deep tissue massage with cupping and a lot of stretching. It’s been six days and my physical therapy exercises are more tolerable and I’m sleeping a lot better at night.
Knowledge is so important in this profession, and Functional Massage wrote the book. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable.
I booked a massage to help with my sciatica. Lauren listened to my concerns and communicated clearly during each step. She checked in multiple times as to my comfort and I left nearly pain free. Great massage, lovely room and atmosphere, very professional.
