Most staff, but not all, seemed amateur and avoided answering pertinent questions. Low inter personal skills and provided little guidance or information about the scanning procedures or their duration. No verbal or written interaction or summation by an actual Doctor at any time. Annoying, unnerving and time consuming experience.
