Had an online appointment with Nancy for a referral for a Private MRI and she was incredibly dismissive of my concerns and my pain. She was condescending, rude, talked over me, didnt give me a chance to explain my issues, assumed I hadn't done everything she was recommending before recommending them which was frustrating. She seemed offended that I was looking outside the Canadian system for private solutions to my pain problem and was trying to convince me to wait it out in Canada. Nancy greeted me warmly, made sure I was comfortable during my visit. She was very thorough, and truly cares about being proactive about health. She quickly identified areas for me that needed to be assessed and could be improved upon. I am so thankful for her care.
I am so grateful to Nancy! If it weren't for her virtual clinic/after hours I would have most likely ended up in emerg for hours. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic, while remaining completely professional. She's so attentive to her patients needs and truly cares. Her health care is second to none and easily accessible, I would definitely recommend Nancy.
