An Absolute Gem in Newstead! This gym is fantastic! After a long search, I've found the perfect spot in Newstead with top-notch equipment. It's conveniently located and, best of all, rarely busy, so you never wait for equipment – perfect for focused workouts. They also offer excellent 1:1 Exercise Physiology sessions. The owner, Troy, is incredibly welcoming and genuinely helping everyone achieve their fitness goals. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a nice place to workout.

This is my favourite gym of all time. Good equipment, its not crowded, the owner is always around and the best part is that it is open 24/7

This is a safe space to work out, I feel like everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I tried other centers in the area but this one so far my favorite place! Also all the machines are pretty new, everything is clean and the price is very good as well.

This place is amazing, stunning up market non pretentious gym not like a lot of the other wanky places around town that everyone goes to just to be seen and heard! It’s got everything you need, all the equipment is off high quality, place is spotless I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Troy is lovely too very helpful and genuine guy.
