Thomas Nguyen, owner of the company, is not your typical "grunt, strain, sweat.....FASTER" trainer. This guy has studied the physiology of training.....of making the human body work better - REGARDLESS of your age. And, he has the resume to prove it. Today, many of us are better because of Thomas (and his staff). Balance, energy, physiological efficiency....we are all better. Confidence....we have it because our bodies are working better.
