Been meaning to write this for a while, but Dionte is a amazing trainer to work with 1:1. He really tailors workouts to your specific needs (in my case was flexibility and weight loss), and helps give your confidence back. Because of him, I was able to heal enough to exercise regularly again after a meniscus tear injury. Thank you Dionte, so grateful to have trained with you!
Went to a weekend workout at Functional Elite for a drop-in and everything was a fantastic experience. First and foremost, everyone was very welcoming and had great energy, which I appreciated. Second, the workout and music were awesome and kept me working throughout the whole time. Finally, the owners were kind and knowledgeable. Really appreciated going there!

10/10 recommend Functional Elite! Coach Dionte's small group classes are better than any other small group fitness class I've done before (and I've done many!). The classes are small enough where Coach is able to give individualized attention to correct form or provide modifications, if necessary, but large enough to build a sense of community and fun.
