Walked out like I was walking on air is the only way to describe my session with Tom! He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I went in with a shoulder issue that had restricted my movement for almost a year, and walk out with a greater range of motivation than I could have ever dreamt of. Tom has an intuitive nature and deep understanding of the body. First session but not the last!

Tom quickly identified where I could have better movement in my feet and with some specific massage and movement exercises enabled me to feel the difference. The exercises provided will enable me to move more naturally and smoothly which will reduce wear on my knees. Was a great session.
