I visited Functional Athletics recently on a work trip, what a gem! The community was super welcoming, the coaching superb, and awesome facility and time all around. Can't wait for my next visit.
I have been going to FA between 2-4 days a week for several years and recommend it to everyone I know! The workouts are inclusive and challenging - the coaching team is great at providing modifications for anyone that needs them.
