I had a great experience at Function. Ashley helped me with physical therapy after a full knee replacement. She was very knowledgeable about how different parts of the body work together and exactly what I needed to become stronger. She paid attention to what my goals were and we worked on exercises towards those goals. She was very gentle with my knee in the beginning and taught me that I needed to engage my muscles, but not to the point of pain. She was also very encouraging. We had a wonderful experience at Function PT! The BEST! Seaton worked on my husbands shoulder and Gabi worked with me on my calf. Kenzie always had a smile in the front office and was a delight to schedule with. While we didn’t have Ashlee , she was a joy to chit chat with during sessions! They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. We are so thankful for Function PT ! Thank you thank you!
Outstanding staff. Was sad when Olivia shifted locations, but Gabby finished out my PT and helped me get through the remainder of my recovery. They communicate treatment/recovery plans and set realistic goals with the patient in mind. Wishing the Function Physical Therapy team all the best!
Referred to this practice by orthopedic foot and ankle MD. Read and appreciated the philosophy of practice and patient reported experiences. But I am disturbed that the practice reports “their Medicare cap “ is full and closed to new Medicare patients. Waitlist offered but they acknowledge that does not meet acute needs. Called west office and they reported they can take other insurance (exempting sooner care ) but not Medicare new patients. My orthopedic surgeon referred me to Function Physical Therapy after a full knee replacement. I wanted to recover quickly, and Gabi was outstanding in helping and guiding me. I like the holistic approach - Gabi listens to your goals and applies her skills to help you reach them. An interesting fact - Gabi discovered issues related to my Achilles tendon surgery 30 years ago.
