I paid extra to have this delivered by a certain day the company advertised at check out. My payment was processed before anything was shipped. I have no idea where my order is and the company makes it impossible to contact them. Fraudulent business
I ordered 2 items and was sent only 1 item and it wasn’t even anything I had ordered. I tried calling customer service at 3:00PM (2:00PM their time) and apparently they’re closed even though it says they are open from 7AM-7PM when you call. It also says you can leave a voicemail but I’ve called 3 separate times and their voicemail box is always full… Customer service/returns are a headache. Do NOT order from this company. Clearly they need to be training their employees better.
DO NOT ORDER. I ordered using their size chart and the costume was still too small. Went to do a return to find out that they only take items back within 30 days, for an 18% restocking fee, AND you pay shipping. I will NEVER order from them again. Better off going somewhere that you can try stuff on and/or do a return without getting ripped off.
Update on reply review Email send: 27th of September / NO REPLY What a disaster! Ordered 10 Funko Pops. First of all one was missing in the package. ( they are being shipped now ) Than 5 Funko Pop boxer were damaged quite heavy for a collector. We had contact however the explanation we receive when we want to ship back for a refund is.. You have expert Funko Pop sellers that will make sure all will be received in mint condition. They won’t accept a return because the company accepts it when product boxes arrive damaged.
