I’m a 60 year old female that started with Aaron as an unfit old lady ... After much hard work (Mainly from Aaron) I’m 61 Fit and Feeling fabulous ... I began my Func journey with little to no strength and poor mobility ,due to a lower back injury . Aaron has got me back on track , achieving goals I never thought possible . Stronger, fitter , in way better shape than I’ve ever been , and down a dress size ! You can’t argue with that . All done with a smile on his face, patience and a wry laugh . Love my training sessions!
I started training with Aaron in January of 2020. Since this time, Aaron has been exceptional in helping me to achieve my health and fitness goals which were to become stronger and healthier overall as I am now in my middle years. Today, I feel much stronger which is particularly important as maintaining strength becomes much harder as you age. I thoroughly recommend Aaron - he is reliable, dedicated, knowledgeable and always upbeat.
