I know whoever reads these reviews at this office clearly doesn’t care because they don’t seem to care about anything else except money. The nurse and Dr. Funari himself were the only ones who were even cordial. The front desk ladies are miserable old women who clearly don’t enjoy their jobs. I was told on the phone 2 days in a row to be there at 9:30am and I get there on time and was told I was early it’s not until 10:10am. I explain how I was told TWICE that it was at 9:30am and we rushed there. No apology or any remorse g... read more

Rude front desk. Front desk told me first that my insurance was just a medical prescription card, I call my insurance and was told that my ID was the same for medical and dental and my coverage $2,500, went back inside with that information only to be told by the receptionist that I didn't have dental coverage since dhe assume my insurance was Aetna instead of reading the card which said the insurance was Delta .
