Too slow to respond and cost much more than any mobility Company they charge me 45,000 to modify Toyota for a ramp with FR conversion which is known more cheaper than Braunability and they took them for months to deliver my car the passenger and driver Mats were stolen I didn’t check the AC in the car until it came summertime and there was no AC in a brand-new car because the conversion company cut a tube and they didn’t fill the AC when they asked them to reimburse me because I paid for the dealer they gave me a hard time. ... read more
A most serious, skilled and professional group of folks installing handicapped lift devices into cars. Work was performed to install a sort of mini “crane” lift into the cargo area of our Honda CRV. Completely unreliable. I reached out multiple times for help with a modification project for my son. After an initial conversation, they have completely ghosted me for three days. When you’re dealing with a child’s mobility and a tight state-mandated deadline, the last thing you need is a vendor that can't be bothered to return a phone call or an email. If they are this disorganized during the sales process, I wouldn't trust them with the safety of my son's equipment. Avoid if you actually need a response.
I have worked with other mobility vendors and this is the easiest transaction I have done. The customer service is top notch. No hidden agenda and honest with the entire service.
