Completely unreliable. I reached out multiple times for help with a modification project for my son. After an initial conversation, they have completely ghosted me for three days. When you’re dealing with a child’s mobility and a tight state-mandated deadline, the last thing you need is a vendor that can't be bothered to return a phone call or an email. If they are this disorganized during the sales process, I wouldn't trust them with the safety of my son's equipment. Avoid if you actually need a response.
I have worked with other mobility vendors and this is the easiest transaction I have done. The customer service is top notch. No hidden agenda and honest with the entire service.
