It was effortless and smooth from the day we met at an abilities expo. If you are planning to purchase an accessible van, this is the team you want. It was truly the easiest process we have been through when obtaining equipment for our son.
Kevin took the time to show me what he has in inventory. Took the time to explain all the features of disability vans. Although I did not make the purchase. I did go back to purchase a powered wheelchair. We intend to rent a van for my sons wedding from them Good way to test it out. Highly recommend FTMobility.
The valet chair in my car needed repair. FTMobility did not do initial installation. But they did an excellent repair and fixed mistakes done by the previous installers. Great communication. I would recommend them for all of your vehicle adapting needs.
Danielle and her team were terrific and a tremendous help. The van itself was so easy to operate…it allowed me to get my 90 mother on & off safely, and without incident. Highly recommended FTMobility!
