Worst experience ever 1st they sold me the wrong unit then promised to fix the problems never did after I wrote a bad review they decided they were gonna try to fix the problems and ask me to fix my review they have not contacted me back in one month Next I will be contacting their corporate office
we love our RV was very clean when delivered. Customer service was great was very impressed how Jeremy kept in continuous contact with us any questions we had he was available and ready to assist. Would definitely recommend family and friends here
I went in to FTRV Wharton a few weeks ago for an RV. Came across one I liked. Had already been pre approved from Credit Union for $30,000 . So signed papers to buy. They said in order to hold the rv we had to put $1000.00 down. I wrote a check and stated to two diff people I did not want them to cash the check because was not putting anything down as discussed with credit union.
