This had been the worst buying experience we’ve ever dealt with. We bought a used RV so we knew it wouldn’t be perfect and that was ok. BUT what we did expect was honesty. They said they went thru the unit, cleaned it and everything worked. NOT!! We did purchase it thru video and had it delivered from Texas to Colorado. Drew at FunTownRVGiddings took care of us start to finish during the purchase of our new RV. They quickly took care of any issues we had or found. They also matched another dealer that had a lower price. I would buy here again.
Team is helpful when you are there on site browsing but are quite annoying with the constant check in calls and texts. Ive asked them to stop calling and yet they still continue outreach. Recently, their team sent me a text message to which i asked to be removed from their contact list.. Team mate ignored the request and continued asking questions about my RV interest and needs.
